Our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and share your personal information and to assist you in exercising the privacy rights available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us, including on our website, mobile application, and other online or offline offerings (collectively, the "Services").
The categories of personal information we collect depend on whether you are a Captain, a person who was listed by a Captain (for example a relative, friend, neighbor, or co-worker ("potential voter")), donor, visitor (collectively "Users"), applicant and the requirements of applicable law.
Account Creation and Profile Setup. As a Captain, when you create an account, we collect your name, zip code, year of birth, phone number, username, and password. We may also ask for the email address of the Captain who referred you to our site.
Donations. When you make a donation, we may collect name, payment information, billing address, and email address. We may also ask you to enter a comment describing why you donated that will be publicly available on our web site.
Potential Voter. As a Captain, we will ask you to enter the name and state, of people you know that you would like to encourage to vote. If we find duplicate voter registration data, we may also ask you to enter the year of birth and zip code to make sure we are providing accurate voter registration data. We encourage Captains to only list potential voters with whom you have a positive relationship (e.g., relative, friend neighbor, or co-worker)
Your Communications with Us. We collect personal information from you such as name, email address, phone number, or mailing address, contact information of your friends when you request information about our Services, register for our newsletter, use the Services, request customer or technical support, apply for a job or otherwise communicate with us.
Surveys. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information which may include personal information.
Social Media Content. We may offer forums, blogs, or social media pages. Any content you provide on these channels will be considered "public" and is not subject to privacy protections.
Conferences and Other Events. We may attend conferences and other events where we collect personal information from individuals who interact with or express an interest in Turnout Nation and/or the Services.
Job Applications. We may post job openings and opportunities on the Services. If you reply to one of these postings by submitting your application, CV and/or cover letter to us, we will collect and process the information contained therein to assess your suitability, aptitude, skills, and qualifications for employment with Turnout Nation.

Information we collect from Captains and other sources may include your name, location, zip code, birth date, and voter registration status. This supplemental information allows us to verify information that you or a Captain have provided to us and enhance our ability to provide our Services.

Except as provided below, we do not share your personal information. We have not sold or disclosed consumers' personal information in the preceding 12 months.
Service Providers. We may share any personal information we collect about you with our third-party service providers. The categories of service providers (processors) to whom we entrust personal information include: IT and related services; information and services; payment processors; customer service providers; and vendors to support the provision of the Services.
Business Partners. We may provide personal information to business partners with whom we jointly offer products or services. In such cases, our business partner's name will appear along with ours.
